Hi Quirky Cazzy here and the team and I are really excited about this challenge for two reasons, one is that we have a
GREAT new sponsor and the other is, because of the generosity of our new sponsor in providing all three prizes for this challenge, this is the first non digi challenge for a long time! I should say that we
LOVE all of our digi sponsors to bits, we just like a bit of variety too and we just
LOVE LOVE LOVE rubber stamps!
So here we go - the challenge is called:"Life is a quirky box of Chocolates" and here is what you have to do:
I want to see chocolates stamped, drawn, made of Fimo, die cut, punched, hand cut or maybe real chocolates on or in your project! Please note, stickers are not acceptable!
I also want you to use the colours chocolate and cream.
If you stamp your chocolates and sentiments we want to know the make and name of the stamp, with pictures of the stamp too please!
Tell us what you did, how you made your chocolates, so often when we visit there is not enough information.
These days it is hard to tell if images are a stamp or digital image,
NO DIGITAL IMAGES ARE ALLOWED anywhere on your project for this challenge, so let us see those stamps if you can! This could be a great project for Valentine's day if you wish, or any other occasion.

Kate said "this is a POTP (punch around the page)
front card, layered with some of my very old papers and some Papermania papers. Using Martha Stewart punches, ribbon from an old chocolate box, little pearls, nestie ribbon/banner die and lots of lush flowers dripped with platinum stickles."

Kate also told me that she got this gorgeous House Mouse card for just £2 on a well known auction site, I am jealous - I don't have this one!
Laine has made a gorgeous box for her real chocolates to go in, such a sweet gift! The stamps used are Magnolia Tilda Ballet Shoes and a Clarity Feather stamp.
Lalkygirl (Tracey) made a gorgeous card and a matching chocolate box to hold real chocolates as you can see, and her stamps are by Stamping Up (SU), see below.
and now the DT who have been generously provided with several chocolate themed stamps from Crackerbox Palace to use.
I made a birthday card for my Mother who adores Chocolate. I made the background by sponging tea bag distress ink over a piece of cream card, then stamping the chocolates and 'yummy' stamps from our sponsor over the top (again in tea bag distress ink to keep it pale) and finished the edges off with vintage photo distress ink. The main central panel was made by stamping a vintage lady (by Crafty Individuals), then masked her ands tamped the nutritional facts and yummy stamps from our sponsor in vintage photo distress inks, and then mounted it on two pieces of different shades of brown card added the gem and finished the whole card with the sentiment (again from our sponsor).
I've used all the stamps from our sponsor (some inside too) plus Jam Tilda from my stash. The card is 8x8, the papers are from My Minds Eye and The Mariposa glitter and foil paper stack. I've also added a beaded pin, die cuts, punched out flowers, ribbon and a shrink plastic ticket.
I created this art journal page using a bunch of watersoluble media for the background topped with the chocolate wrappers I found down the side of my bed *guilty face*. I used the 'When the going gets tough" stamp from Crackerbox Palace... I just love it, I'll definitely be using it in many future projects!
I used a Crackerbox Palace sentiment with a Stampers Anonymous silhouette stamp for this one. I already had the sentiment stamp, so this is one that I will be giving away to my favourite entry!
The cowboy stamp is from Crackerbox Palace and is called Riding Away, I thought it was great with the sentiment also from Crackerbox Palace, and again I had it already so will be giving one away!
I am working on another project that isn't quite finished, pop back later to see what it is and to see photos of my stamps!
My third make is a hanging heart cut with Spellbinders Shapeabilities, and on one side it says Love you more than ....... and on the other side are chocolates (love you more than chocolate - geddit?). Chocolates stamp and yummy word are Crackerbox Palace stamps, the chocolates are coloured with Promarkers and Trias, with Stickles and Anita glitter glues added, then covered in Anita's 3d gloss which I thought would make them look real. I added heart eyelet to each side and threaded through some Crafty Ribbons ribbon.
