Christmas In August with a Quirky Twist...
What's the twist Lyn?? Well, that's really up to you! I made this wheelie good cheesy looking 'wheel' to chose at least 3 things (more if you like) to add to your Christmas Cards or any Christmas crafty creation you'd like to make, in other words, you can add what you like plus at least three things from the wheel, okay!? We want to see Quirky... So, you might choose to make your own backing papers in pink and blue (non-traditional) and layer it all up in triangles! Or, make a Triangle layered tag/card with a Bugaboo image and a little Christmas Charm! Make it QUIRKY!!

Wow that was quite the challenge! I was really struggling to come up with an idea until something came to me while laying in bed this week...lol :) So here is my card! The options I used are: Triangle Shapes, Bugaboo Image, Non Traditional Colours. Thank you so much for letting me be a guest designer

Ho Ho Ho, great minds think alike, I didn't copy Lyn, I didn't check which image she was using either and we both used Little Penguin Winter/winter bench! I used a Bugaboo image, made my own background and have layers, and a non tranditional colour scheme, so that is four cheesey triangles!
My second card is made using Bugaboo images, Little Penguin Winter - Decorate Tree and Christmas Words - Believe, and non traditional colours and two of everything. Two images, two fancy die cuts, two purple rectangles, two papers, two ribbons from a Crafty Ribbons collection, and 2 x 3 green flat back pearls! Phew.
On this occasion, I made a decorative frame for which I used the Scene It - Ornament Brats image from our wonderful sponsor Bugaboo Digital Stamps Stamps. I chose to worked non-traditional colors, make a scene and of course a Bugaboo Digital Stamp. I worked with watercolor pencil and glitters.

I've used these two bench buddies too, so cute!! Little Penguin Winter/winter bench They've been 3D-ed, where I first left out the Christmas tree and curly bits and then some of the bench was cut away and lastly I added the penguins, cutting off their flippers and one of their feet! (I'm sooo cruel!) I've added silver glitter, glittery white flower-soft, stickles, gems, pearls, sparkly twisted cord, tiny bits of lace as well as tiny holly leaves. From the cheesy triangles I've used, a Bugaboo Image, which is already a scene, triangle layers and non-traditional colours. I'll add more very soon!!
